My mission is to get the best out of people mentally and physically by applying fitness and sitting and understanding my clients. And being a student and a teacher. It can be an uncomfortable journey, but it will be fun. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner worlds.
I offer various coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and online coaching. I train my clients in indoor service or outdoor training.
